Used to be a tea stall many years ago in river rd barking opposite dagenham market owned by a guy called frank his full house was as follows,
Thick white doorsteps 2 sausages 2 rashers of bacon (no cheap shit mind) a mini cheese omelette mushrooms sauce and seasoning as required never been bettered always a queue there oh those were the days.

Wrap in foil, then stick iron on top.
